Degree (Pass) & Certificate Course 1st Year Form Fill-up Fee Details
The examination fees for the 2024 Degree (Pass) and Certificate Course 1st Year Examination have been fixed for each student. The detailed fee structure is given below:
- Regular/Private (1st Year – 700 Marks): 1,250 BDT (150 BDT per paper) + 600 BDT in-course fee (200 BDT to university and 400 BDT to college).
- Certificate Course: 500 BDT (150 BDT per paper) + 600 BDT in-course fee
- Irregular Students: 150 BDT per paper + 600 BDT in-course fee (if not paid earlier)
- Improvement Candidates: 300 BDT (150 BDT per paper) + additional 600 BDT per student along with the prescribed fee.
- Conditional Promoted (C-Promoted): 150 BDT per paper + additional 1,500 BDT per student.
- Center Fee: 600 BDT (200 BDT to college and 400 BDT to the examination center).
Students from the 2017–2018 session and 2018 registered (private) candidates whose registration has expired must pay a 6,000 BDT inclusion fee. Eligible students may appear in the 2024 1st Year exam as special candidates. However, if they do not fill up the form, do not sit for the exam, or fail again, they will not get another opportunity in the future.

Degree (Pass) & Certificate Course 1st Year Eligibility
Students must meet specific academic and registration conditions to participate in the 2024 1st Year Examination. Regular students of the 2023–24 session and 2024 registered private candidates are eligible. Irregular candidates who were absent or Not Promoted in previous 1st Year exams may also apply under the prescribed rules.
Students who received F grade but were promoted to 2nd Year can retake those courses. Promoted (C) candidates must sit for absent subjects. Students must complete the application form online through the university portal using their registration number. After filling in the required information correctly, the form must be printed. The printed copy will show the subject codes and payable fees.
The printed form, along with the required fees, must be submitted to the respective college department. If any mistake is found, the form should be cancelled through the college authority and downloaded again for correction.

In-Course Examination & Marks Submission
Regular, irregular, and private students must attend the in-course examination at their respective colleges before completing the form fill-up process. Participation in the in-course exam is mandatory for all eligible candidates.
College authorities will enter the in-course marks online against each student’s registration number using the prescribed software. After verification and signatures from the Department Head and Principal, the sealed original copies must be submitted to the Deputy Controller of Examinations, National University, Gazipur before the theory exams begin. A photocopy must be kept at the college.
