Form Fill-Up Fees

How to Fill the Form Online

Students need to complete the Honours 3rd Year form fill-up through the official EMS portal of the National University of Bangladesh. To begin the process, visit ems.nu.ac.bd/student-login and log in using your registration number and required information.

After providing all necessary details correctly, submit the online form. Then, print a copy of the completed form and submit the printed copy to your respective college for final confirmation.

Eligibility to Appear in the Examination

There are four types of students who are eligible to fill up the form and appear in the Honours 3rd Year examination under the National University of Bangladesh.

1. Regular Students :
Students from the 2021–2022 academic session who passed or were promoted from the 2023 Honours 2nd Year examination are eligible. Their information is already available on the university website.

2. Irregular Students
Students from the 2017–2018, 2018–2019, 2019–2020, and 2020–2021 sessions who were promoted to 3rd Year but did not appear in the 3rd Year exams held in 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023 are eligible. Students who appeared but failed in one or more courses can also apply. They must take the exam only in the failed courses.

3. Grade Improvement Students
Students from the 2017–2018 to 2021–2022 sessions who passed or were promoted to 4th Year but received an F grade or were absent in any course must take the exam again for those courses.

Students who received C+, C, or D grades in the 2023 3rd Year examination may apply for grade improvement in up to two courses in the 2024 examination. If a student does not improve the grade or does not appear in the exam, the previous grade will remain unchanged.

4. Special Opportunity (2016–2017 Session)
Students from the 2016–2017 session who passed all years but received an F grade in one or more 3rd Year courses can apply for a special chance in the 2024 examination by paying Tk. 6,000. Registration renewal is not required.

If a student does not fill up the form, does not appear, or fails again, no further chance will be given in the future.

The Honours 3rd Year form fill-up under the National University of Bangladesh will run from October 28, 2025 to November 15, 2025. Confirmation must be completed by November 16, and payment on November 17–18, 2025.
