The National University has announced the official fee structure for the 2023 Masters Final Year Examination under MA, MSS, MBA, MSc, M Music, Library and Information Science, and ICT programs. This fee structure applies to regular, irregular, and private candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for Masters Final Year Examination 2023

The National University has set specific eligibility conditions for participation in the 2023 Masters Final Year Examination.   • Regular students of the 2022–2023 session and 2023 private candidates can appear as regular examinees.

  • Students of the 2020–2021 and 2021–2022 sessions who received F grade in previous exams can appear only in the F grade papers.
  • Students who appeared in 2022 and received F grade in one or more subjects can take part in 2023 in those F grade courses, subject to valid registration.
  • Candidates who obtained CGPA in 2022 can apply for improvement in a maximum of two papers with C+, C, or D grade. Previous in-course, practical, term paper, and oral marks will remain unchanged.

After online data confirmation, colleges can download and print the probable candidate list, subject-wise detailed forms, and fee submission forms.   • Visit the National University EMS software website.
  • Log in using your registration number and click the Submit button.
  • After login, select Form Fillup from the left menu and click Apply Now.

  • Click Submit, then confirm the form fill-up by clicking YES in the pop-up menu (click Cancel if you do not want to confirm).
  • After confirmation, download and print the Application Form.
  • Submit the printed form along with the required fees to your respective college within the specified time.
  • If your subject has optional courses, select the correct course carefully, as no correction will be allowed after submission.

How to Pay the University Examination Fees

The examination fees must be deposited to the National University fund through Sonali Seba. Candidates and colleges need to follow the official payment process using the prescribed deposit form available on the university website.   • Deposit the total examination fee through Sonali Seba at any branch of Sonali Bank.

  • The Pay Slip download link will remain active only until the specified date. After the deadline, payment or Pay Slip download will not be possible.
