Merit List Creation and Subject Distribution

In the academic year 2021-2022, the candidates applying for the Preliminary to Masters (regular) admission program will have their subjects allotted based on the merit list prepared from their graduation (pass) examination results. Here is the process:

  • The merit list is prepared separately for each college based on the candidates' performance in the graduation (pass) examination.
  • If two or more applicants applying for the same subject in the same college have the same merit score, priority is given to the younger applicant in that subject.
  • Subject distribution is done based on the merit list, quota, and release slip processes.
  • Colleges can view the subject-wise merit list using specific credentials (User ID, Password, OTP) on the NU admission website.
  • Applicants can check their merit list results via SMS (by sending nu<space>atmp<space>roll number to 16222), through the Applicant Login option on the admission website (http://app11.nu.edu.bd/), or directly from their respective colleges.
